Dan Benson
Born in New Zealand I have always had a keen interest in sport, health and fitness. I have degrees in Exercise Science, Exercise Prescription and Sports Psychology and over 10 years experience across the fitness industry in New Zealand, the UK and here in Victoria. I have been in the gym for as long as I can remember and have also completed 3 marathons and 10 half marathons, the highlight being breaking 4 hours in both the Paris and Athens Marathons in 2017.
I am also a keen soccer player, playing and coaching locally for Ocean Grove Soccer Club.
What drives me as a Personal Trainer is helping others achieve their goals, perhaps even things they never thought possible.
As your Personal Trainer, I will identify your fitness goals, motivations, likes/dislikes and design a program that fits your needs. I have a range of packages available so I can be as involved in your training as you wish.
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for the past 10 years now and am experienced with clients of all backgrounds and abilities.

Personal Trainer Paul Clark
I have been training in gyms for over 30 years and have a Certificate IV in Fitness.
I enjoy meeting people and am passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and have special interests in assisting people stay strong as they age, posture correction, strength and muscle building and weight loss through resistance training.
Outside the gym my interests include spending time with family and friends, cycling, martial arts and restoring classic cars.

Personal Trainer Belen Coggins
After years of working hard on myself in the gym, I have developed a passion for strength training.
I chose to turn that passion into study and I am now fortunate to be able to train people in the community.
When I am not training others or myself, I love reading spending time at the beach and catching up with friends.
