The Classes
Boxfit
Using boxing basics and body weight exercises to push your limits. A great way to tone up your arms.
Legs/Bums/Tums
Great way to tone up those areas of your body that are hardest to hit. Floor, mat, ball and band exercises that will increase your core strength in no time.
Core/Stretch
Class designed to improve your core strength, flexibility and stability. Low intensity and a great place to start if you are getting back in to exercise or want to be more agile in daily life.
Circuits
Short bursts of effort with limited rest. Quickly improve your cardio levels while working both arms and legs.
Over 50's Classes available to all (but they will be slightly more relaxed)
Mums & Bubs welcome
These classes are available to all, but BUBS are welcome. Regardless of how long it's been since you've been active, come along. Each class will be tailored so that all members are challenged to the appropriate level.
Outdoor Bootcamp
Rain, Hail or Shine
Body Conditioning Class - Every Saturday at 8.30am no matter the weather. You are welcome to bring non-members along with you - $10.00 casual.
