Personal Training: Is it for me?

You see the words Personal Training and you may think, 'oh no, that's not for me'.
But a good Personal Trainer will make it for you, about you and only you. By tailoring each session to your training goals and current abilities, you will notice the difference of working with a trainer in your day to day life very quickly.
Working with a trainer takes the thinking and stressing out of your hands. You follow your program, work at improving your food and hydration and results will follow.
With BTB Training, after an initial assessment and goal setting session the hard work will begin, but all sessions will be fun and enjoyable and at 30 minutes, are achievable for everybody. The goal is to have you leave each session with a smile on your face and the required training achieved. Your training away from me/the gym can also be monitored/programmed if you wish, IT IS UP TO YOU.
Outside of the gym/sessions you can complete an optional food diary. Doing so will lead to quicker results as this adds to the accountability and helps you to learn faster. You will find that through some very subtle changes to your eating habits, you can make a big difference.
If you've worked with trainers before or have never given it a go, I promise that working with me will be a different experience. This is about you, your training goals and what you deem important. Regardless of what is driving you, my goal is to guide, support, hold you accountable and push you to being BETTER THAN BEFORE.
